The entire Crown Center complex, including the retail center and both hotels, is handicapped-accessible. A limited number of courtesy wheelchairs are available at Customer Service on Level 2 of the Crown Center Shops. Handicapped-accessible parking is available on Levels 2A and 3A of the Crown Center Shops parking garage. Two parking spaces for oversized vans are available on the 25th Street entrance to the parking garage on the east side of Grand (by The American). Additionally, two handicapped parking spaces are available on Grand Boulevard, near the Grand Boulevard entrance of the Crown Center Shops. The Grand Boulevard entrance is also handicap van accessible.

Validation

There is parking available at the car park underneath the hotel. To self-park, enter the car park from the left-hand side of the hotel driveway, from Binara Street. For valet parking, enter the hotel driveway from Binara Street and our friendly Concierge will assist you.
